Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a delivery associate. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with occasional overtime. Must have a valid CDL, be 21+, and meet DOT requirements, including a DOT medical card.

You will deliver materials using pallet jack and dolly, assist warehouse staff, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and comply with safety policies. Competitive pay range of $19.26–$30.76 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL and be at least 21.
• Meet and maintain DOT requirements and have a valid DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and dolly.
• Pick up customer returns and verify product for credit.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; fuel the truck as needed.
• Follow safety policies and PPE usage.
• Assist with pulling, packing, receiving, stocking incoming material.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE and up to 400 lbs weight harness.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and some overtime as needed

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range

$19.26 - $30.76

Estimated Ranges displayed is Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
