Job summary

General Shale in Piney Flats, TN seeks a Delivery Truck Driver to join our distribution team. This full-time role delivers masonry products to job sites across the region, with no over-the-road travel and home each night.

Candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least three years of CDL driving, including flatbed experience. You’ll operate a forklift, load and unload, follow DOT rules, and maintain delivery records; safety and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience.
• Flatbed driving experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload masonry products at customer sites.
• Operate forklift/Moffett to load/unload materials.

General Shale Inc. , the nation’s leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, is seeking a professional Delivery Truck Driver to join our distribution team in Piney Flats, TN. This is a stable, year-round opportunity delivering masonry materials to job sites throughout the region. No over-the-road travel – home every night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and safely unload masonry products at customer job sites
• Operate a forklift/Moffett to load and unload materials
• Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT regulations
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
• Assist with material handling and general brickyard responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Minimum of 3 years of Class A CDL driving experience
• Flatbed driving experience required
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs
• Strong commitment to safety and customer service
