Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Driver Trainer in Florence, SC to establish the right training culture at the delivery station and lead hands-on driving sessions. You will train Delivery Associates on safety, quality, and productivity while adapting to different learning styles and answering questions.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and DOT readiness. You will travel to multiple sites within 50 miles and work up to 40 hours/week with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Valid and active driver’s license and able to meet DOT requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people, including in-station classes and drive-alongs.
• Coordinate and measure training activities with DSPs, Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams.
• Maintain detailed understanding of training requirements for all drivers.
• Provide timely reporting on training completion, compliance, safety, and maintenance duties.
• Lead driver training sessions and coach Delivery Associates.
