Bluegrass Beverage in Hopkinsville, KY is seeking a Trainee Driver for a full-time entry-level role in delivery. Starting at 5 a.m., you will learn company programs, perform vehicle inspections, and assist the delivery team to ensure timely orders.

A CDL-A permit is strongly preferred, with the potential to obtain one if not currently held. The position requires physical capability to lift up to 60 lbs, a valid license, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn Company programs and policies for safe, timely deliveries.
• Ability to read product coding for freshness and spot sales opportunities.
• Maintain neat displays and clean vehicles, representing the company image.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow DOT regulations and driver time of service rules.
• Perform daily Pre-Trip inspections and ensure tools/equipment are on the truck.
• Support delivery team to move products as needed and ensure safe deliveries.
• Observe coaching during work-with/ride-with sessions to improve performance.
• Work Monday–Friday with early start times and complete deliveries daily.
