The role involves partnering with stakeholders, leading planning and process improvements, and coordinating resources to meet customer priorities while supporting proposal milestones and technical content.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, Management or related field.
10+ years of experience with at least 7+ years in project management and supervision.
10+ years of experience in a technical field.
Experience with government contracts.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of federal acquisition processes, contract environments, and security/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

In depth understanding of emerging IT technologies to create directorate level business processes.
Partners with stakeholder organizations to lead planning and business process improvement efforts.
Maintains expertise by involvement in state-of-the-art research and technology development.
Monitors and participates in industry user forums and working groups in area of expertise.
Coordinate with growth and operational leadership to ensure resources and solutions are deployed to meet customer requirements and priorities.
Participates in the proposal process and contributes to milestones including storyboards, technical approach, staffing and content development discussions.
