Qualifications

• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working inside customer homes.
• Able to safely move, lift, and handle heavy merchandise.
• Work well independently and on a team.
• Willing to learn product setup, service, and basic repair procedures.
• Follow safe driving, lifting, loading, and delivery practices.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Clear and respectful communication with customers and coworkers.
• Available to work Saturdays and other scheduled hours.
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks and receive inventory.
• Inspect, organize, and prepare merchandise.
• Deliver furniture, appliances, electronics to customers' homes.
• Safely load, secure, transport, and set up merchandise.
• Explain basic product operation and care.
• Service or repair products as needed.
• Pickup merchandise from customer homes when required.
• Maintain delivery vehicles, tools, warehouse areas and equipment.
• Assist store employees and customers as needed.
