Accendra Health in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a Delivery Technician to safely deliver, set up, and pick up durable medical equipment in patient homes. You will educate patients on equipment use and ensure safe operation while delivering high-quality customer service.

This role supports patient safety, works with a small team, and offers a stable schedule with on‑call rotation and overtime. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required, with on-site training provided.

• No experience required!
• 21 years of age or older

• Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program

Responsabilidades

• Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily deliveries and setups
• Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes
• Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use
• Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life‑sustaining needs
• Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle
• Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed
• Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately
• Maintain supply components in patient profiles
• Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs
• Perform routine vehicle checks
• Support additional duties as assigned

Delivery Technician – Miamisburg, OH

About the Role

The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high-quality customer service.

Schedule

• _ Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM with on‑call rotation. _

On‑Call Transparency

• On‑call rotation every other week (expected to transition to every three weeks)
• Rotation runs Monday–Sunday
• Paid an on‑call stipend
• Paid from the moment you leave home for a call
• Overtime paid if on‑call causes over 40 hours in the week
• Most callouts occur Saturday night and Sunday daytime

Travel Requirements

• Service radius of approximately 60–70 miles from the branch on occasion, but not regularly.
• Most technicians take their trucks home unless they are unable

Salary Range

• _ $18.00 - $21.00 per _ _ hour _

• Pay varies based on experience, skills, and location
• Eligible for Safe Driver Bonus
