Job description

The Wholesale Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of medical cannabis products to and from grows, dispensaries, and wholesale partners. The Wholesale Driver should lead by example, and duties are in accordance with all delivery driver standards.

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr + Benefits

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and enforce standard delivery procedures
  • Manage maintenance, state inspections, and repairs of the vehicle fleet
  • Inspect all delivery orders for accuracy
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of transports daily
  • Track routes and driving habits using transportation tracking systems
  • Maintain timely communication regarding deliveries, manifests, questions, and product returns
  • Improve delivery times and schedules to maximize resources and reduce costs
  • Keep accurate and compliant internal records including schedules, invoices, manifests, vehicle info, and returns
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using tracking systems
  • Participate in inventory audits
  • Coordinate communication between departments regarding inventory movement, returns, and deliveries
  • Provide excellent customer service to vendors
  • Track the movement of finished cannabis products through delivery completion
  • Handle delivery sales and refunds via POS system
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred: 1-2 years of safe delivery driver experience. Must be insurable on a commercial insurance policy with a clean driver’s history.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit in a vehicle for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be 21 years or older to apply
