Job summary

Chick-fil-A Florence in Kentucky is seeking Delivery Team Members to deliver orders to Guests outside the restaurant with genuine care and enthusiasm. You will follow traffic laws and driver safety standards, keep your vehicle clean, and assist in other restaurant areas as needed.

Base wage is $11/hr plus tips; tips are not guaranteed, but drivers will be paid $11/hr for hours worked. This is a part-time, on-site role with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must own a personal vehicle with valid insurance and registration.
• Must pass a background check for driving record.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to Guests outside the restaurant in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure orders are accurate before delivery and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow all traffic laws and driver safety standards.
• Be willing to work in other areas of the restaurant if needed (Front of House or Dining Room).
• Lift items up to 25 lbs as required.

Delivery Team Members are responsible for delivering orders to Guests outside of the restaurant with genuine care and enthusiasm. Delivery Team Members must ensure all orders are delivered to the Guest in a timely manner while following all traffic laws and all driver safety standards at all times. Delivery Team Members are responsible for ensuring that their assigned orders are accurate prior to delivering the meals to the Guests as well as maintaining the cleanliness of their assigned vehicles at all times. Team Members may be on their feet for extended periods of time and are required to lift items that are 10lbs-25lbs.

Wage:

Base wage for this role is $11/hr plus tips. On average, Team Member Delivery Drivers receive $/9hr in tips. Tips are not guaranteed, but delivery drivers will be paid $11/hr for hours worked.

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Must have a valid Drivers License

Must own a personal vehicle, hold valid personal vehicle insurance, and have a valid state vehicle registration

Must be able to pass a background check for driving record
