Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to lead a team of drivers, ensuring safe, efficient, and on‑time deliveries while delivering excellent service to customers. You will coach, develop people, solve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced environment.

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 11:30AM start with a 4‑day work week. Compensation: $54,600–$74,025 annually, plus a 10% annual bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in delivery/logistics or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the delivery operations team to ensure safe, timely deliveries.
• Monitor fleet performance using Samsara and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform performance management actions (hiring, transfers, discipline).
• Maintain drivers' attendance, PTO and payroll oversight.
• Train drivers on safety and company procedures; ride along for coaching.
• Ensure DOT compliance and accurate driver invoicing and paperwork.
• Resolve customer discrepancies and maintain cross‑functional relationships.
