Job summary

Hayden Beverage Company in Sun Valley, ID is seeking a Delivery Supervisor to oversee Drivers and Merchandisers, support routing in the morning and day, and lead safety and new-hire trainings.

You will fill in for management as needed, maintain professional image, and help ensure accurate product handling with DOT compliance. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), paid holidays, and product perks.

Qualifications

• Leadership or training experience
• Preferred knowledge of distribution industry
• Detail oriented and efficiently organized
• Professional appearance and customer service
• Able to obtain DOT Medical Card
• Able to obtain Class A CDL
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee Delivery Drivers and Merchandisers
• Oversee the creation and delivery staff training, safety training, and action plans
• Assist with delivery and routing for accounts during morning/day/evening
• Provide ongoing staff safety trainings and new hire trainings
• Fill in for Manager/Assistant Manager and on routes as needed
