Job summary

Hayden Beverage Co. is hiring a Delivery Driver for the Sandpoint/Sagle area in Idaho. You will safely operate a company truck (CDL or non-CDL), unload and merchandise beverages, and deliver to grocery stores, bars, and restaurants.

The schedule runs Tuesday through Friday starting at 6am PST. You may be eligible to earn a CDL with company support, and comprehensive benefits are offered including medical, vision, dental, 401(k) with match, paid holidays, PTO, and employee perks.

Qualifications

• Acceptable motor vehicle record and valid driver's license.
• Pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Able to lift and carry objects up to 60 pounds; DOT Medical Card if needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck (CDL/non-CDL) to customer accounts.
• Unload and check in product, stock shelves and build displays.
• Deliver and merchandise beverages in grocery stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants.
• Check in product, unload truck, and merchandise product.
• Finish shift at main facility reconciling invoices and balancing accounts.
• Maintain physical effort: standing, walking, lifting, carrying during shifts.
• Assistance available to earn CDL if needed.

Delivery Driver Job Details:

• Safely operate a company truck (CDL/non-CDL) and drive to customer accounts
• Unload and check in product, stock shelves and build displays
• Deliver and merchandise our premium beverages in grocery stores, convenience stores, bars, and restaurants.
• Check in product, unload truck, and merchandise product
• Lift and carry cases of beverages weighing between 20-60 lbs consistently throughout shift
• Finish your shift at the main facility where you reconcile invoices and balance accounts
• A delivery driver is fast-paced role in which you are constantly standing, walking, lifting, carrying, down-stacking products, and utilizing a hand truck to bring product into customer accounts
• No CDL? We can help you earn it!

Qualifications

• Able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds, as well as lift 158 pounds up to 24” off the ground
