Qualifications

• Experience with delivery operations and customer service.
• Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Strong communication skills for customer updates and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with Outlook calendar for scheduling deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver merchandise to customers within the assigned market.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Ensure timely deliveries and safe transport of products.
• Load, unload, and organize products using proper equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Document deliveries and issues accurately.
• Communicate with customers during delivery process.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Coordinate with store personnel and field sales to meet customer needs.
• Handle returns, exchanges, or inquiries as needed.
