Delivery Specialist (RV Walkthrough Specialist)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform complete walkthrough demonstrations of all interior/exterior features and ensure proper operation, including filling and dumping tanks.
• Guide customers through CampTown Outfitters, recommending and selling items suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate proper hitch setup on travel trailers and coupling procedures for fifth wheels.
• Ensure customers are familiar with and comfortable operating their brake controllers.
• Ensure safe departure of the tow vehicle and RV from the delivery area.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the delivery area, including proper stowage of cords and hoses.
• Prepare units scheduled for next-day delivery from the make-ready area to the delivery pad.
• Participate in daily opening and closing procedures as per policy.

Requirements

• Perform functional and visual inspections of incoming units.
• Maintain documentation of inspections.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Professional etiquette and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Proficiency with Google Mail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Internet software, and Sys2K.
