Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to transport parts and products to stores and distribution centers in Massachusetts. You will maintain route manifests, clock in/out per policy, and ensure timely deliveries while upholding professional customer relations.

A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to adapt to changing delivery schedules are required. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution centers.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
• Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route; deliver to appropriate store.
• Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
• Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle and keys secure.
• Be familiar with accident report guidelines.
• Deliveries must be made according to schedule and any delays reported to city delivery supervisor and/or stores remaining on route.
• Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations.
• Communicate any problems or special needs from stores to store management.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Check fluid levels and log mileage prior to operating vehicle each day.
