O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Delivery Specialist to operate and maintain store vehicles, delivering parts and products to professional customers safely and efficiently.

This role uses handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update mileage and inspections, collects COD payments, returns, and performs related duties while keeping vehicles, keys, cards, and money secure. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards (14/18-point system).
• Must possess a legally required state driver's license and meet driving eligibility requirements.

Responsabilités

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Use delivery fleet management handheld devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, complete daily vehicle inspections, etc.
• Keep vehicles clean, maintained, and complete daily vehicle inspections prior to operating.
• Secure vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, devices, and monies collected.
• Pick up customer returns and fill out driver return slip.
• Communicate problems or special needs from customers to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or vehicle damage to store manager immediately.
• Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock and secure vehicle at end of day.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.
• Other duties: customer service, stocking, merchandising, etc.
• May assist customers, serve as a cashier, and help with merchandising tasks when business dictates.
• All other duties as assigned.
