Job description

Work Schedule:

Split week, e.g., Sun/Wed, Sun/Thu, or Sun/Fri off. Start time as early as 3am. Estimated hours: 42-45 hours per week.

Role Overview:

Delivery Specialists are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for safely operating a box truck to transport products to and from specified destinations that sell our most-loved products. Although you will start as a Delivery Specialist, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This role can lead to career opportunities within our company or our parent company, PepsiCo.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivering products to assigned route stores.
2. Unloading and loading products from trailers and/or box trucks.
3. Checking in orders with store receivers.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Our operation runs 24 hours a day, so schedules can vary. The job is physical, requiring you to be on your feet for the entire shift. Candidates should understand these conditions before applying.

Minimum Qualifications:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You may be required to work on weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours.
• Work hours may be up to the legal limits allowed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• You possess a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain additional licensure as required by state law.
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• You are able to lift 15 to 40 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
