Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to transport parts to customers in a safe and efficient manner. You will operate fleet devices, obtain customer signatures, log mileage, perform daily vehicle inspections, and keep all equipment secure.

Responsibilities include handling returns, communicating customer needs to store management, and reporting maintenance issues promptly. The role may include cashier duties and stock/merchandising tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver parts to customers safely.
• Use delivery devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update mileage, and inspect vehicles.
• Keep vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices and monies secure at all times.
• Handle returns and issue driver return slips.
• Communicate issues or special needs to store management.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues or damage immediately.
• Ensure fuel is topped and vehicle is secured at end of day.
• Clock in/out per company policy.
• Assist with stocking, merchandising and other duties as assigned.
• May assist customers as cashier or with merchandising when needed.
