Job summary

Jungle Boys in Florida is seeking a Delivery Specialist to drive cannabis orders to licensed dispensaries across the state. The role requires dependable daily travel, strong interpersonal skills, and strict attention to safety and compliance.

You will load and unload supplies, coordinate with inventory teams, and maintain accurate records while navigating Florida roads. A background check and valid license are required, and weekend availability is preferred to support our growing network.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Age 21 or older per state law.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Experience with inventory control methods.
• Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; punctual and reliable.
• Weekend availability and familiarity with Florida roads.

Our ideal Delivery Specialist is an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, a team player, and who enjoys driving to help us deliver cannabis products to licensed dispensaries in Florida. Collaborating with other departments is essential. This position will require the ability to gather, load, and deliver supplies, materials, and products in accordance with company and customer needs and requirements.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of driving experience
• Per state law, must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Experience with inventory control methods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, have a clean MVR, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment required to be punctual and reliable
• Able to work weekends and strong knowledge of Florida roads and highways.

Physical and Mental Demands:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Physical demands include bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, walking, and standing. The employee must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to maneuver between growing spaces.

Working Environment:

Work is performed in a cultivation and growing atmosphere and must follow GMP Quality standards. Use of mechanized equipment in warehouse environments should be expected.
