The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries and picking up customer returns.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver parts and products.
2. Use delivery fleet management devices for processing deliveries, capturing signatures, updating mileage, and conducting vehicle inspections.
3. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of vehicles, completing daily inspections.
4. Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and collected monies at all times.
5. Handle customer returns and complete driver return slips.
6. Communicate customer issues or needs to management.
7. Report vehicle maintenance, accidents, or damage immediately.
8. Ensure fuel tanks are filled, and vehicles are locked and secured at day's end.
9. Adhere to clock-in/out policies.
10. Perform additional duties such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, errands, and handling core returns.
11. Assist customers, serve as cashier, or support merchandising when needed.

Skills, Education, and Experience:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet company standards.
• Legally required driver’s license and eligibility requirements.

Desired Qualifications:
