The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include collecting money on C.O.D. deliveries and picking up customer returns.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products safely and efficiently.
2. Use delivery fleet management devices to process deliveries, capture signatures, update vehicle mileage, and complete inspections.
3. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of vehicles, including daily inspections.
4. Secure vehicles, keys, fuel cards, devices, and collected monies at all times.
5. Handle customer returns and complete driver return slips.
6. Communicate customer issues or needs to management.
7. Report vehicle issues immediately.
8. Ensure fuel tanks are filled and vehicles are secured at day's end.
9. Follow company policies for clocking in/out.
10. Perform additional duties such as customer service, stocking, merchandising, and errands as needed.

May assist with cashiering and merchandising when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.

• Valid state driver's license and a clean driving record per company standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive parts.
