ODP Business Solutions in Romulus, MI is seeking a Driver, Delivery Services responsible for the safe, timely delivery of products and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will be forward-thinking, customer focused, and skilled at both delivery execution and client relationships.

The role supports sales growth, requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and typically demands a minimum of two years’ commercial driving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of commercial driving experience.
• CDL may be required depending on state.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with pallet jacks, hand trucks and forklift preferred.
• DOT qualification and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient completion of daily delivery tasks, including package scanning, delivery/pickup, and collecting required proofs of deliveries/pickups.
• Complete and adhere to safety driving standards, including vehicle inspections and regulatory requirements.
• Load, unload and secure products, ensuring customers receive clean and damage-free merchandise.
• Contribute continuous improvement ideas for the delivery experience.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities and share information with sales or supervisory personnel.
