Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Route Driver to represent the company while delivering and picking up freight. The role emphasizes timely handling, professional appearance, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with potential overtime and weekends, paid at time and a half after 40 hours. Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $26.25 per hour, based on experience.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record meeting company standards.

Mansioni

• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers.
• Inspect and report mechanical problems with the vehicle.
• Load the truck efficiently to maximize space and protect packages.
• Collect payments for certain packages delivered.
• Verify pickups on shipping documents.
• Notify management of problems or discrepancies.
• Maintain professional appearance and vehicle cleanliness.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
