Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Delivery Driver Non-CDL to join our growing team in California. You will ensure accurate, timely deliveries while upholding safety and customer service standards, support warehouse tasks, and manage inventory on occasion.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of route driving experience, a valid license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certification; strong communication and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of route driver experience on straight or box trucks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 21 or older and valid driver’s license with clean driving history.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass a road test.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and math skills for transportation systems and orders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs, push/pull 100lbs, and perform routine duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck to transport products on delivery routes.
• Learn routes, ensure correct orders, and manage delivery documentation (BOLs, packing slips).
• Conduct DVIRs, report issues, and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Follow OSHA/DOT policies and handle HazMat materials safely.
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and management; provide excellent service.
• Take ownership of customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Assist with preparing orders, loading/unloading, stocking inventory, and warehouse tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
