Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Delivery Driver Non-CDL to join our growing team in California. The role delivers products to customer locations on a Monday–Friday route, with a 6:00am–3:00pm shift, and supports warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, and inventory.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of route driving experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical cert. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of route driver experience (straight truck/box truck)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Age 21 or older
• Valid driver's license and safe driving history
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and pass a road test
• Forklift certification preferred, or ability to obtain upon hire
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills to operate transportation systems or dispatch apps
• Basic math skills to verify orders or reconcile delivery documents
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Physical ability: lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull 100 lbs, sit, walk, climb as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck to transport products on delivery route
• Learn and optimize routes and ensure correct order fulfillment
• Maintain documentation (BOLs, manifests, packing slips, HazMat summaries)
• Conduct DVIR and report issues; ensure vehicle cleanliness
• Follow OSHA/DOT and company policies; handle HazMat materials
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management
• Assist with preparing orders, loading/unloading, stocking inventory, and warehouse tasks
• perform additional duties as assigned
