Job summary

WP Beverages, LLC is hiring a delivery associate to efficiently transport packaged goods to a variety of customers. You will assist with merchandising and proper product rotation, ensuring accuracy in storage and deliveries.

The role requires a High School diploma, a valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one within 30 days, and strong English communication. You’ll join a team that supports growth and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior sales, cust. service, and/or delivery experience preferred.
• Valid Class A CDL or ability to obtain one within 30 days; permit required before starting.
• Basic knowledge of State and Federal DOT vehicle requirements and regulations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and decision-making abilities.
• Intermediate math and ability to use hand-held computing devices.
• Ability to operate 2-wheel handcarts and forklift with annual certification.
• Physical ability to lift/move 50 lbs+ and push/pull loads 250–1000 lbs.

$28.35/hr

About the Role

What We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with previous sales, customer service, and/or delivery experience
• Possess a valid Class A CDL or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment (we will train; you MUST have your permit before starting)
• Basic knowledge of State and Federal D.O.T. vehicle requirements, rules, and regulations
• Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Strong organizational, time management and decision-making skills with the ability to work within a highly distracting environment
• Must possess intermediate math and personal computing skills with the ability to operate hand-held computing devices
• Must have the ability to operate 2-wheel handcarts as well as powered industrial equipment including a fork-truck in a safe manner and maintain annual fork-truck certification
• Ability to perform physical tasks which will include the lifting and moving of 50 lbs. or more and pulling/pushing product loads weighing from 250 lbs. to 1,000 lbs
• Physical mobility to make frequent trips in and out of vehicle, to and from customer accounts. The repetitive motion of one's neck, wrist, fingers, and/or arms. Prolonged sitting, twisting, kneeling, and bending
