Job summary

WP Beverages Pepsi-Cola is hiring to support our network of retailers in Pierre, SD. The role focuses on delivering and stocking beverages, maintaining availability, and expanding shelf presence across accounts.

You will work with the account team to ensure timely deliveries, accurate stock levels, and strong customer service while supporting company marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to read, write and speak English.
• Valid state driver’s license required and reliable auto insurance.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work weekends when needed and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Professionally execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies while ordering and maintaining proper service levels within assigned accounts.
• Safely and efficiently maintain stock levels of shelves, coolers, displays, back rooms and point-of-purchase areas.
• Aggressively pursue incremental shelf, display and cooler space.
• Minimize out-of-date product and damage within assigned accounts; communicate with team members to resolve issues.
• Drive profitable growth through distribution and superior customer service within the account team.

About the Role

• Professionally execute Pepsi Cola's marketing strategies while ordering and maintaining proper service levels within assigned accounts

What We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate will have a high School diploma and be able to speak, read and write in English
• Will have high attention to detail and be able to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends when needed
• Must possess a valid state Driver's License and maintain personal auto insurance
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills and a professional appearance and attitude
• Be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively from floor to waist, chest or shoulder height; pulling cart with load weighing up to 220 pounds
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
• Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position
