Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. is hiring Delivery Representatives for the Liberty, Missouri area. You will safely operate a propane delivery truck, fill tanks, and serve residential and commercial customers while following all safety rules and company policies.

Qualified applicants must hold a valid class A or B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements, have a clean driving record, pass a DOT physical and drug test, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs. Excellent benefits and paid time off are provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along delivery routes
• Fill residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
• Deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
• Adhere to federal/state codes and AmeriGas policies
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Work 8 to 12-hour shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a propane delivery truck along provided delivery routes
• Filling residential and/or commercial bulk tanks with propane
• Delivering propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers
• Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
• Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment
• Depending on fluctuating needs, work 8 to 12-hour shifts

The pay for this position is $30.80 an hour, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales depending on position.
