Pay: PBNA $22.18 / hour

This role involves selling and delivering products to stores over an established route, including convenience stores, gas stations, small supermarkets, drug stores, and restaurants. The driver operates a Class A CDL delivery vehicle in various weather conditions, stocking shelves, building displays, setting up promotional materials, and placing future orders. Daily tasks include invoice generation, cash and charge settlements, and customer interaction.

Physical requirements include pushing/pulling cases weighing 20-45 pounds, kneeling, climbing, bending, reaching, and walking during deliveries.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Sell and execute all promotions
• Service scheduled customers by the end of each shift
• Deliver products to stores
• Rotate products on shelves and in backrooms
• Follow operating procedures
• Provide excellent customer service
• Merchandise accounts to standards
• Build positive relationships with store contacts
• Maintain reliable and predictable attendance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 21 years old
• Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable)
• Pass DOT Physical and Road Test
• Meet physical capability requirements
• Adhere to DOT Regulations

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE

• Experience in retail or grocery store operations
• Sales experience with product promotions
• Operating trucks with a valid CDL
• Basic financial calculations
• Using handheld computers for data entry
