Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead Microsoft 365 and infrastructure engagements in the United States. You will manage full deployments from discovery to post-cutover support, including hypercare and large-scale migrations.

You will build strong client relationships, mentor project teams, manage budgets and risks, and produce end-user documentation and communications to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Significant experience managing Microsoft 365 and infrastructure projects.
• Experience leading complete deployments from discovery through post-cutover support.
• Experience managing hypercare periods and projects valued at more than $250,000.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project, time, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating end-user documentation and communications.
• Ability to work directly with clients and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• PMP or another relevant project management certification preferred.
• Prior consulting experience preferred.
• RSM does not intend to hire entry-level candidates who require sponsorship now or in the future.

• Monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate project status and expected outcomes to clients.
• Create end-user documentation, communications, and implementation materials.
• Build strong client relationships through positive support, clear communication, and expertise.
• Direct and motivate project teams, establish stakeholder relationships, and serve as an escalation point.
• Identify additional opportunities and support business development.
• Mentor diverse client engagement teams through on-the-job coaching while fostering an innovative, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.
