Job summary

McKesson distribution center is seeking driver associates for Monday–Friday, 6AM–2:30PM. Local routes with home daily, plus incentive pay up to 10% and additional stretch opportunities for another 6%. Overtime may apply; benefits include medical, dental, and vision.

Must hold a current US driver's license, be 21+, with a safe driving history and strong verbal communication. Lifting up to 50 pounds and 0–1 year of experience are acceptable.

• Maintain efficient order fulfillment to ensure quick, accurate shipment of products.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated driver associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment. We currently have the following position available: Monday – Friday 6AM – 2:30PM $21.22/hr Maximize your earning potential at McKesson with rewarding incentive programs. We offer the ability to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay for achieving your goals with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive is paid out every 4 weeks.

In addition to salary, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities, may be offered. In situations of high demand, there could be instances when our team needs to work beyond their scheduled times so our customers and their patients can get the healthcare products they need. We do our best to share schedules two weeks in advance to help our associates plan.
