Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM until route is complete
• Pay: $21.22/hour plus incentive programs (up to 10% more, with additional stretch opportunities for 6%) paid every 4 weeks

Responsibilities

• Drive local routes, home daily, building client relationships face-to-face
• Ensure quick and accurate shipment of products through effective order fulfillment
• Participate in wellness programs and on-the-job training for equipment and automation certification

Requirements

• Current valid US Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
• Safe driving record (REQUIRED)
• Age 21 or older (REQUIRED)
• 0-1 year of experience (PREFERRED)
• Excellent verbal skills and problem resolution skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to sit and stand for 3 or more hours frequently
• Must meet DOT physical requirements
