Mathis Home-Corporate in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Manager Delivery Processing (OKC) to oversee daily delivery operations, assign tasks, and manage staff schedules. The role is full-time with flexible hours and is safety-sensitive due to driving responsibilities.

You will dispatch drivers, pull reports, handle escalated customer issues, and ensure accurate invoicing as stops are completed. A valid driver’s license and compliance with safety procedures are required.

Qualificações

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Assign daily tasks to staff.
• Create schedules for staff.
• Pull reports as needed.
• Address and resolve escalated customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Dispatch drivers and invoice tickets as stops are called in.
• Oversee Delivery Processing staff when Corp. Delv. Process Mgr is not present.
