Pay Range: $17.85 - $22.22 hourly

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

Do you have an eye for details? Then NFM’s Delivery Preparation team is perfect for you! You will assemble and inspect products to ensure merchandise is perfect before delivery, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
  • Handle products safely to prevent damage and ensure safety
  • Use mechanical aids (flats, dollies, box cutters, power tools) safely to work smarter, not harder
  • Assemble products using hand tools and detailed instructions
  • Inspect your work to ensure products look and function as if custom-made for the home

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Positive, upbeat attitude
  • 6 months’ labor or warehouse experience preferred
  • Ability to use basic hand tools preferred
  • Ability to lift, push, pull required weights as per department standards
  • Availability for night, weekend, and early morning shifts based on business needs
  • Pre-employment screening, including criminal background check
