Midwest Machinery Co in Wanamingo, MN is seeking a service/delivery driver to perform pick-up and delivery of dealer and customer equipment, maintain vehicles and equipment, and ensure safety. The role requires strong customer service, driving experience, and basic accounting/administration for time and repair orders.

The position emphasizes safe operations outdoors, adherence to safety regulations, and teamwork with service staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• 4+ years of driving experience.
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of turf equipment operation; ability to operate vehicles and equipment in delivery/retrieval.
• Ability to use basic computer functions for attendance/time allocation to repair orders.
• Forklift operation; forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in the pick-up and delivery of both dealer and customer equipment.
• Makes/maintains condition of service vehicle, trailer, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.
• Completes all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments.
• Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties.
• Actively assists in recruiting service work.
• Interacts in a positive and respectful manner with customers and fellow employees.
• Maintains and promotes a safe work environment and follows safety rules.
