Job summary

Port A Bowl is rapidly expanding and currently looking for a Pick-Up and Delivery (P&D) Driver to join our team. This role performs pickups and deliveries across our service area, fills in for route drivers when unavailable, and keeps the yard and shop organized when not delivering.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience and clean record.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Completes an efficient delivery and pick up route for the day, adapting route as business conditions change.
• Picks up units along the scheduled route, including items to be returned and other company orders.
• Loads delivery vehicle with units scheduled for delivery.
• Delivers to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of receipt when necessary.
• Maintains basic records of truck mileage and deliveries made.
• Ensures delivery vehicle receives basic service per maintenance schedule and reports issues; follows safety guidelines.
• Follows safety standards by abiding by transportation laws and company policies; maintains a safe driving record.
• Weekend, evening hours, and on-call hours may be required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
