Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a Delivery Partner to ensure the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services for clients in a hybrid role based in Juana Diaz and Salinas, PR. You will collaborate with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to meet contractual deliverables and maintain smooth service delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in MSP client services or staffing, experience with VMS platforms, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in MSP client services, account management in staffing, or full cycle recruitment.
• Experience working with VMS platforms (e.g. MagnitVMS) preferred
• Experience with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders (hiring managers, vendors/staffing suppliers, candidates)

Responsibilities

• Deliver Magnit’s services on a day-to-day basis with fidelity to SOPs.
• Maintain high-quality client service and site operations to meet SLAs.
• Scope may cover one product or multiple product lines depending on team size.
• Maintain updated SOPs to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement new processes to improve efficiencies.

About The Role

The Delivery Partner (DP) is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to our clients. This position will work closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Location

This role requires working a hybrid schedule in Juana Diaz and Salinas, PR. Actual location will depend on the season.

What You Will Do

• DP is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Magnit’s products/services
• The DP must maintain quality client service and day-to-day site operations, with a primary focus on meeting contractual deliverables as outlined in the Scope of Work
• Depending on the size of the team, the DP scope of responsibilities may be limited to one product (payroll, compliance or staffing desk) or may span over multiple product lines
• Maintain an updated SOP “Standard Operating Procedures” for day-to-day procedures so that operations functions efficiently
• Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies

For Payroll desk:

• Ensure required screenings and pre‑employment checks take place in line with client requirements, conduct orientation for all new workers; maintain accurate and complete MagnitVMS VMS records
• Handle critical Employee Relations issues, requesting support and guidance as required
• Resolve and follow-through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker
• Escalate to the DM/PM any serious issues that may jeopardize Magnit’s position with the client or staffing supplier, or issues that require the involvement of senior Magnit resources.

For Staffing desk:

• Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through MagnitVMS (VMS) and efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of staffing desk suppliers and managers
• Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers to empower them for success
• Resolve and follow- through, in a timely manner, all issues related to the worker, manager and staffing agency

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 3+ years of experience in Management Service Provider (MSP) client services, account management in staffing, or full cycle recruitment.
• Experience working with VMS platforms (e.g. MagnitVMS) preferred
• Experience with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders (hiring managers, vendors/staffing suppliers, candidates)

Compensation

Salary range: $50,000-$60,000 USD annually

Salary rates are based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
