Job summary

Menehune Water Company in Aiea, HI is seeking an Operations Support Driver to ensure timely deliveries and support the Customer Service team. You will handle loading/unloading 5-gallon water bottles, manage service recoveries, and maintain accurate delivery records, all while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, TB clearance, and a valid I-9 compliant ID. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits including health/dental/vision and paid leave.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a current TB clearance.
• Valid government-issued ID for I-9 employment eligibility verification.

Responsibilities

• Complete delivery routes safely and on time.
• Respond to service recovery requests for missed/delayed deliveries.
• Load and unload water bottles, coolers, and supplies (up to ~49 lbs per bottle, ~35 bottles per load).
• Return to warehouse to reload as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service; address concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain delivery records and assist with filing and updating customer information.
