Qualifications

• 4+ years of program or project management experience.
• 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Create funding request narratives describing how funding supports customers by delivering capacity.
• Drive cross‑group collaboration to assemble business reports and funding requests.
• Maintain a funding request progress tracker to align with leadership reviews and capacity delivery timelines.
• Determine and monitor key metrics to measure program performance.
• Develop process improvement ideas to streamline manual parts of the process under your control.
• Collaborate with technical program managers and demand/supply planners to represent the team to stakeholders.
• Own project status communications and provide clear summaries for leadership funding requests.
• Build relationships with finance, build teams, sourcing partners, supply and demand teams to resolve disagreements.
• Proactively mitigate risks to capacity delivery by following through on funding approvals.
