Job summary

Arizona Flower Market is seeking an organized, dependable team member to coordinate daily delivery routes and support our driver team. You will handle route planning, driver communication, and problem solving to keep operations moving smoothly.

This full-time role requires comfort with technology, ability to multitask, and willingness to jump in where needed, including local deliveries or errands. Health and vision benefits and paid time off are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Route and coordinate daily deliveries, pickups, and drops.
• Direct and support drivers, communicate route changes clearly.
• Resolve missed deliveries and route issues quickly.
• Maintain driver pay records and vehicle information using basic systems.
• Assist in warehouse operations and ensure orders are accurate and complete.
• Step in for local deliveries as needed to support operations.

About The Role

Arizona Flower Market is the Valley's largest wholesaleand DIY flower source, serving professional florists,designers, and flower lovers throughout our community.

We're looking for an organized, dependable,detail-oriented team member to help keep our dailydelivery operation running smoothly.

You'll build and coordinate routes, communicate withdrivers throughout the day, solve delivery issues asthey happen, maintain basic vehicle and driver records,answer phones and messages, and work alongside ourwarehouse team when needed.

This role is a great fit for someone who can stayorganized under pressure, communicate clearly,solve problems quickly, and hold people accountablewhile still being willing to jump in and help.

Day To Day

What You'll Do

Route & Coordinate Deliveries

Schedule daily routes, special pickups and drop-offs,and make adjustments throughout the day as needs change.

Support & Direct Drivers

Communicate instructions and route changes,keep drivers on track, and help ensure expectationsare clearly understood.

Solve Delivery Problems

Respond to missed or incorrect deliveries,route issues, special circumstances, and otherproblems that require a quick solution.

Work With Systems & Records

Use routing software, driver apps, spreadsheets,and other tools while assisting with driver payrecords and basic vehicle information.

Stay Hands-On

Work in the warehouse, cooler, loading areas,and vehicles to help ensure orders are preparedand drivers leave with the correct product.

Deliver When Needed

Step in to make local deliveries or run errandswhen operational needs require additional support.

The Must-Haves

• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving company vehicles

• Comfortable working in refrigerated cooler conditions
• Able to repeatedly lift 20–60 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling,and performing physical work throughout the day
• Flexible availability, including weekendsand major holidays when needed
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced,changing environment
• Comfortable communicating expectationsand holding drivers accountable

Preferred, but not required: Routing, dispatch, logistics, or delivery experience; Phoenix/Valley area knowledge; box truck driving experience; and floral experience.

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time positionwith a rotating schedule. Arizona Flower Market operates seven days a week, so team members must have schedule flexibility, including weekends.

Typical shifts fall between5:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on operational needs.

During major floral holidays, extended hours maybe required. Time-off requests may also be limited beginning approximately two weeks before major holidays.
