The Delivery Merchandiser Trainee at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is a fast-paced role learning daily delivery and merchandising duties, including stocking and facing products on shelves and in coolers. You may provide route relief and advance to a permanent route assignment across delivery disciplines.

Learners will train to operate a Class A CDL, manage handheld invoicing, ensure asset security, and deliver strong customer service while meeting safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record; DOT basics preferred, CDL not required to hire.
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 10 weeks of training start date may be required.
• Willingness to pass DOT physical requirements and regulatory checks.

Responsabilités

• Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and perform route delivery duties.
• Develop merchandising habits to meet company standards at customer outlets.
• Build and maintain product displays, shelf facing, and in-store branding.
• Provide customer service by understanding needs and reporting issues to management.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and FMCSA rules while handling equipment and products.
