Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser Trainee in Greenville to learn route delivery and merchandising across all disciplines. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for your state of residency and excellent driving history (7-year MVR reviewed).
• Ability to obtain Class A CDL, not required for hire.
• Ability to pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain licensing within 10 weeks of training start date.
• Learn and develop merchandising habits to meet company standards and execute commercial plans.
• Develop display and product facing and backroom management to maintain brand order.
• Provide customer service by understanding needs and communicating issues to the appropriate manager.
• Adhere to safety standards and DOT Hours of Service rules.
