This fast-paced role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service, with training on routing, invoicing via handheld devices, and compliance with DOT rules. Weekend/holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Beverage delivery knowledge and experience in the delivery industry.
• Safety-focused mindset and adherence to safety rules.
• Self-motivated with integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Dependability, initiative and professional demeanor.
• Experience in route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking or retail management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date, under supervision.
• Learn processes and service customers using handheld devices; handle cash and paperwork accountability.
• Develop merchandising habits to meet store standards and execute commercial plans.
• Build and maintain product displays, rotation, and backroom management.
• Demonstrate customer service by addressing customer needs and communicating issues to management.
