Coca-Cola UNITED is hiring a Delivery Merchandiser for small store routes in Louisiana. This role involves unloading, delivering and merchandising products, coordinating with the Sales Supervisor, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure shelves meet Company standards.

The ideal candidate will be at least 21, possess a valid driver's license, and comply with DOT requirements. DOT physicals and safety adherence are essential, with opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• DOT Certification required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• The ability to maintain DOT physical requirements.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Responsible for merchandising all product inside the outlet to Company standards.
• Works in partnership with the Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success.
• Provides feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise.
• Builds strong relationships with customer base across assigned customers.
