Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED in the Gulf States division seeks a Delivery Merchandiser - Small Store Trainee Non CDL to transport, unload, and merchandise beverages at retail outlets. You will collaborate with the Sales Supervisor, build strong customer relationships, and support promotional displays while ensuring company standards.

Eligible candidates must be 21+, able to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days, and maintain safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Class A CDL within 90 days and maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Must read, write and speak English and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Transport and unload products to retail outlets.
• Merchandise products inside outlets to Company standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success and build relationships with customers.
• Provide feedback on competitive threats and opportunities to leadership.
• Set up merchandised displays and promotional materials; maintain clean and organized backstock and equipment.
