Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser for Dayton, OH. This fast-paced role handles delivery, unloading, and merchandising at customer sites within the Direct Store Delivery network. You will stock shelves, faces, displays, and coolers while upholding CCCI standards.

The job emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Weekend and some holiday work may be required; CDL is preferred for certain routes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and the ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical delivery environment
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work weekends/holidays
• Experience with route delivery or direct store delivery is preferred
• CDL recommended or required depending on route

Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate products in assigned accounts
• Organize back room and keep shelves/display areas tidy
• Maintain neat appearance of equipment and products in accounts
• Build relationships with account personnel and provide excellent service
• Maintain safe work environment and adhere to QA standards
• Ensure proper accounting of product and cash daily
• Perform other duties as assigned
