Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Indiana is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser to join its Direct Store Delivery team. You will deliver, merchandise, rotate products, stock displays, and ensure shelves and coolers meet CCCI standards.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain safe operations. Some weekends and holidays may be required; prior route delivery or merchandising experience is preferred. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated with integrity and able to perform duties with minimal supervision.
• Past performance should show dependability, initiative, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical lifting requirements.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Prior route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, or merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product in assigned accounts to standards.
• Stock shelves, displays, and coolers; rotate products and remove out-of-date items.
• Organize and maintain back room in designated area.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and product in accounts.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain safe working environment and QA standards at every account.
• Count and account for product, cash, and assets daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
