Job summary

Your Health Organization is seeking a dedicated Delivery Medical Associate to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patients' residences in the [LOCATION] area. This full-time, salary-based role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with travel between offices, facilities, and homes.

Responsibilities include safe driving, equipment installation, route planning, and customer instruction, with a focus on safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport durable medical equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload durable medical equipment onto and from the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure equipment is secured properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify and document the condition of equipment upon delivery and return.
• Install and set up durable medical equipment at facilities and patients' homes.
• Provide basic instructions to clients on initial use of installed equipment.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch for schedules and updates.
• Address client inquiries and maintain delivery records with signatures.
