Your Health is seeking a Delivery Medical Associate to transport durable medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patients in the [LOCATION] area. This is a full-time, salary-based role with hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday-Friday, and daily travel is required.

The role includes visits to homes and facilities within the service area, ensuring safe delivery, proper setup, and clear client instruction.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred.
• Experience delivering medical equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and lift safely.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload durable medical equipment onto and from the delivery vehicle.
• Verify and document the condition of equipment upon delivery and return.
• Install and set up durable medical equipment at facilities and patient’s residences.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with dispatch to receive schedules and updates.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and educate on use.
