Job summary

Your Health is seeking a Delivery Medical Associate to serve patients across our Georgia service area. You will safely transport durable medical equipment to facilities and residences, adhere to schedules, and provide courteous, professional customer service.

This full-time driver role runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with travel between offices and facilities; a vehicle allowance is provided along with benefits and 401K options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery of medical equipment is a plus; ability to lift and move heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Durable Medical Equipment.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
• Load and unload durable medical equipment onto and from the delivery vehicle.
• Ensure equipment is secured properly to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify and document the condition of equipment upon delivery and return.
• Install and set up durable medical equipment at facilities and patient residences.
• Provide basic instructions to clients on initial use of installed equipment.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to receive schedules and updates.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Instruct clients on proper use and care of delivered equipment.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and times.
